This policy explains how Clockwork & Clover (a business name of Pelagius Pty Ltd, ABN 67 627 136 529, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We aim to handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we send marketing emails only with your consent, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

What we collect

• Mailing list: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name, plus the date and time you signed up and your consent.
• Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Sign-ups should be made by a parent, carer or teacher.

How we use it

• To send you the free colouring pages you asked for.
• To email you occasional news about new books, printables and events.
• To reply to your enquiries.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use MailerLite to store our mailing list and send emails, and Vercel to host this website. These providers may store data outside Australia (including in the European Union and the United States). We only share what they need to provide their service.

Links to Amazon and other websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us and we'll remove you.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we've handled it, by contacting us at info@clockworkandclover.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we keep it only for as long as we need it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
